GPCI Grants 100th License for Acticon |
SUFFERN, NY, April 29, 2004 - General Patent Corporation International (GPCI) announced an important milestone in its patent enforcement campaign on behalf of Acticon Technologies LLC (Acticon). GPCI recently granted the 100th license under Acticon's portfolio of "smart connector" patents. Communication Automation Corporation of West Chester, Pennsylvania took a license under U.S. Patent No. 4,972,470 (Programmable Connector) for its specialty line of PC Cards. GPCI, a leading contingency patent licensing and enforcement firm headquartered in Suffern, New York, represented Acticon in all 100 licensing transactions.
